Q. Why are my photos not showing up in Google Drive/Dropbox
Check to see when the Google Drive/Dropbox Add-On was added to your online Pruvan account.
- If the Google Drive/Dropbox Add-On was added to your online Pruvan account after the photos taken then the photos will need to be republished. You can find instructions on how to republish your photos in our How to Republish Photos article.
If the Google Drive/Dropbox Add-On was added before the photos are taken then you can check to see if the photos relayed to Google Drive/Dropbox.
- In your Online Pruvan account go to the Photos page and click on a project ID to see the photos. Once you are able to see the photos hover your mouse over one of the photos and look for the row labelled History and you should see a line that states that the photos were successfully relayed to Google Drive/Dropbox. If you do not see that info on the history then the photos will need to be republished using the instructions above.
Make sure to check your Google Drive/Dropbox account online and not a Google Drive/Dropbox app or computer folder.
- Sometimes those systems will get out of sync and the photos will be in Google Drive/Dropbox online, but they have not synced to the app or computer folder. You will need to log into the Google Drive/Dropbox account online and check to see if the Pruvan photos have relayed. If they have then you will need to re-sync Google Drive/Dropbox with any apps or computer folders that you are using
