What is an integration?
An integration is a way for 2 different systems, such as Pruvan and NFROnline, to exchange information.
What are the features of the NFR integration?
The integration supports order import, check in, adding additional tasks, default assign to, auto admin, and the push key.
What types of orders are imported from NFROnline?
The NFR-PP Integration will import all active orders from NFROnline, includeing snow removals.
What information from my NFR-PP work order is visible in the Pruvan project?
Below is a list of how data is mapped from NFR to Pruvan:
|Work Order||Project Number|
|NFR Due Date||Due Date|
|Original Request||Task Name|
Can I auto-assign my NFR-PP projects?
The NFR-PP integration supports our Default Assign To feature which gives you limited auto-assignment ability. See this article for more information.
Why is the due date in Pruvan different than the due date in NFROnline for my snow removals?
Pruvan isn't provided the due date with snow removal work orders. We auto-fill the due date field with the date the order was imported. You can ignore our date or manually change it in Pruvan Online.
Can I send my NFR-PP photos back to NFROnline automatically?
No, but you can use the Pruvan Downloader to have them sorted on your computer and ready to go though!
What does Auto Admin do?
Auto Admin is one of our core integration features. Read more in the Auto Admin article.
What does the Push Key do?
You can use the Push Key to refresh your orders. See the Push Key article for more.
Can I change the task's that are on the NFR-PP projects?
Yes, depending on your user permissions.
Can I add extra tasks or surveys to my NFR-PP projects?
Yes! Check out this article on adding additional tasks.
Will my surveys go to NFR or fill out my forms in NFROnline?
No, you will see the survey results in Pruvan Online and in your Downloader for you to use. No NFR-PP form data is sent to NFR.
Can I submit my NFR-PP work orders from Pruvan?
No, you must complete the work order in NFROnline.
Can I Check In with Pruvan for NFR?
Yes! You must enable Check Ins in the integration configuration.
