How to integrate with Guardian Asset Management 

Before you can integrate your Pruvan account with Guardian, you’ll need credentials from Guardian to activate your Aspen iProperty account, their work order system.

You should have received an email with these credentials and next steps. If not, please contact your Vendor Management representative at Guardian.

Once you activate your Aspen iProperty account, you will receive two emails with explicit instructions detailing how to activate the integration with Pruvan.
