Submitting a Support Request from your online account is a great way to get help from Pruvan Support as it allows you to grant temporary 30 day access to us to troubleshoot issues in your account.
To submit a Support Request from Pruvan Online:
1.) Click on Support on the top menu
2.) Then click Request Support
3.) Enter a brief but accurate description of the issue, along with an email address and contact number in which we can reach you.
4.) Allow a Support Analyst access to your Account to help troubleshoot an issue that may be encountered. Simply click/check the small box to grant access.
5.) Be sure to click the Submit button to send the Support Request, ensure that the request is sent successfully.
