Submitting a Support Request from your online account is a great way to get help from Pruvan Support as it allows you to grant temporary 30 day access to us to troubleshoot issues.
To submit a Support Request from Pruvan Online:
1.) Click on the Help page in Pruvan Online (in Menu bar on left side)
2.) Enter a brief but accurate description of the issue, along with an email address and contact number in which we can reach you.
3.) Allow Customer Care access to your Account. Just click/check the small box to grant access.
5.) Be sure to click the Submit button to send the Support Request, ensure that the request was sent
