Adding a Check In with Work Types

This article goes over how to create a Check In Work Type, and then how to apply that Work Type to your projects that require a Check In. Not sure how to create a new work type?  Follow the steps in our How to Create a Work Type article.

Create your Check In Work Type

When you create your work type, create this task and use the following options:

Task - AGS / MCS / NFR / Altisource

  • Task Name - AGS Checklist
  • Survey - ags::AGSChecklist-v2
  • Instructions - <a href="https://pruvan.zendesk.com/entries/44023619">Tap here to view your code of conduct</a>
    • All fields must be entered exactly as written, they are case sensitive.

Task - Servicelink

  • Task Name - Servicelink Checklist
  • Survey - servicelink::ASHChecklist-v1
  • Instructions - <a href="https://pruvan.zendesk.com/entries/44023619">Tap here to view your code of conduct</a>
    • All fields must be entered exactly as written, they are case sensitive.

Task Options

  • Click the Gear icon next to your Checklist task
  • Set Required to True to require this task

  

Options

  • All Required Tasks Complete - Set this to true to require the Checklist
  • Check In Provider - Set this to Aspen Grove for most orders, or for your specific work provider if listed
  • Check In Required - Set this to true to enforce Check In
  • Check In Photo Required - Set this to true to require a selfie of the crew member checking in
    • These photos do not get sent to Aspen Grove
  • Check In Relay - Set this to Auto
  • Check In Service - Set this to your AGS Checklist task
  • Check In Mode - Set this to Start to enforce Check In before any photos or surveys are started

Apply your Check In Work Type

In a New Project

 You can create new projects with your Check In Work Type in Pruvan Online and Pruvan Mobile:

Update an Existing project

 You can update one or many projects at a time with your Check In Work Type:

  1. Log in to Pruvan Online
  2. Click on Projects
  3. Search for the orders you want to update
  4. Select those orders
  5. Click Update
  6. Select your Check In Work Type
  7. Click Update

Your projects are now updated!

Warning:  Updating a project with a Work Type that contains options will overwrite any existing options on the project.
