What is an integration?

An integration is a way for 2 different systems, such as Pruvan and Cyprexx, to exchange information.

What are the features of the Cyprexx integration?

The integration supports auto order import, photo relay, survey submission, completion date, default assign to, auto admin, and the push key.

Why don't my projects import automatically? Why do I have to click Refresh or Full Refresh to get my projects?

Cyprexx needs your push key in order to send new projects and updates as they occur. Click Validate in your Cyprexx integration setup to send them your key.

What information from my Cyprexx work order is visible in the Pruvan project?

Below is a list of how data is mapped from Cyprexx to Pruvan:

Can I auto-assign my Cyprexx projects?

The Cyprexx integration supports our Default Assign To feature which gives you limited auto-assignment ability.  See this article for more information.

Can I send my photos back to Cyprexx automatically?

Yes!  The Cyprexx integration can relay photos back to Cyprexx's system based on your QA settings in Pruvan.

Why do my Cyprexx photos have this barcode and text at the bottom?

That is the Pruvan Photo frame (Frame Image), Cyprexx has enabled this feature on all of their work orders.  The barcode will link back to the original photo in Pruvan's server as verification that the image has not been altered.  

Note:  Frame image (the barcode and address placed on the bottom of each photo) is not available on photos manually uploaded to a project using Pruvan Online photo uploader.

What does Auto Admin do?

What does Default Assign To do?

Default Assign To is one of our core integration features.  Read more in the Default Assign To article.

What does the Push Key do?

You can use the Push Key to refresh your orders.  See the Push Key article for more.

Can I change (or add to) the task's that are on the Cyprexx projects?

No, once a work order is imported in to Pruvan the tasks can not be changed.

Will my surveys go to Cyprexx?

Yes!  Surveys that are added to a project by Cyprexx will relay back to their system and fill out their form automatically.

Can I submit my Cyprexx work orders from Pruvan?

When you mark an order in Pruvan as complete then, provided all of the required photos and surveys have been submitted, a completion date will be added to your work order in Cyprexx automatically.

Will the Cyprexx integration automatically close out my projects in Pruvan?

Yes, orders should be auto-closed by the integration after they have finished processing.

Why Are My Cyprexx Work Orders Projects Not Auto Importing?

The Cyprexx Services (Enhanced) Integration is equipped with a feature that allows work orders to automatically import into your Pruvan Account.  If you are no longer receiving the work orders automatically, the Cyprexx Integration will need to be Validated.  A successful validation ensures you will continue to receive automatic updates from Cyprexx Services.
