What is an integration?
An integration is a way for 2 different systems, such as Pruvan and Servicelink, to exchange information.
What are the features of the Asset Shield integration?
The integration supports order import, check in, adding additional tasks, default assign to, auto admin, and the push key.
Does Servicelink need to know that I'm using Pruvan?
Yes! Servicelink must have Pruvan listed, in your account, as your integrator.
What system do my work orders import from?
Servicelink Work orders are imported from the Asset Shield system.
What information from my Asset Shield work order is visible in the Pruvan project?

Can I auto-assign my Servicelink projects?
The Servicelink integration supports our Default Assign To feature which gives you limited auto-assignment ability. See this article for more information.
Can I send my photos back to Asset Shield automatically?
Yes, your photos will be relayed back to Asset Shield based on your QA settings.
What does Auto Admin do?

What does the Push Key do?
You can use the Push Key to refresh your orders. See the Push Key article for more.
Can I change the task's that are on the Servicelink projects?
No, once a work order is imported in to Pruvan the tasks can not be changed.
Can I add extra tasks or surveys to my Servicelink projects?
Yes! Check out this article on adding additional tasks.
Will my surveys go to Servicelink or fill out my forms in Asset Shield?
Only the Grass Re-cut survey that is added to select Grass Re-cut orders will be relayed back to Asset Shield and fill out the completion fields for your order.
Can I submit my Servicelink work orders from Pruvan?
You can only submit the select Grass Re-cut orders that have the grass re-cut survey from Pruvan. To do this, press the Complete button after completing all of your work and submitting the survey.
Can I Check In with Pruvan for Servicelink?
Yes! We can complete Check Ins that meet Servicelink's requirements. See this article on Check In.
What does this 'could not validate' error mean?
"AssetShield return error reason: Could not validate AppUser:???? with Integrator:Pruvan Integration and VendorId:?????"
This means that Servicelink does not have Pruvan listed as your integrator. Contact Servicelink and have them update your account.
