Recent Pruvan Changes


Pruvan would like to announce several changes coming out the first week of April 2022.


As of April 6, 2022, the list price of Solo will increase from $35 to $42 per month, the list price of Team will increase from $140 to $168 per month, and the list price of Business will increase from $300 to $360 per month.  Additionally, with an annual commitment, we are giving customers the ability to lock in their current price for 12 months. 


Why the price increase?

We introduced Pruvan over 10 years ago, since then we’ve added dozens of new features including routing, Quickbooks integration, invoicing and bid capabilities, custom fields, and contractor management features just to name a few.  We’ve also continued to be the best mobile partner in the business by providing:

  • The most reliable mobile app for the field, period.  Even in the most remote areas!
  • Experienced and responsive Customer Care folks who really care about you and your business
  • Custom Training Sessions on demand, Webinars and 1-on-1 sessions specific to your needs
  • Assistance connecting you to more work through our Pruvan Network Program
  • Continued innovation and integrations into the most popular national service providers

Annual Pricing

For the first time ever, we are rolling out annual pricing.  Prepaying for the year allows you to continue to pay the current low price that you have today.  For example, if you are a Solo user, you will pay $420 up front, and get Pruvan all year for $35/month.  This is effectively 2 months free when compared to the new monthly pricing.


‘A La Carte’ Pricing

Many of you have asked for a la carte pricing and we listened!  Our new a la carte options allow you to stay on an existing subscription plan and just add that “one extra feature” you need to scale and grow your business.  Instead of jumping from the Solo to the Team plan – add routing for $20/mo or an additional integration for just $25/mo.  Already on the Team plan but don’t need all the bells and whistles of the Business plan for double the monthly cost?  Just add the Quickbooks integration for $15/mo. 

This is super exciting and is our way to bridge the gap so you can grow your business in a more flexible and cost-effective way.
