Understanding “Answers”
Answers are individual reports that are created and shared within Insights. These reports may be:
- All answers you have created
- Any Answers shared with you by others
How to Access Answers in Insights
Follow the steps below to find and manage your Answers within the Insights tab:
Step 1: Open the Insights tab
Navigate to the Insights tab in your PPW account.
Step 2: Access the Answers Menu
Click the drop-down menu under the Insights tab or select the sub-tab in the white ribbon to view available Answers.
Step 3: Selecting “All”
Selecting All will allow the user to view all answers you have created or that others have shared.
Step 5: Selecting “Yours”
Click the Yours hyperlink to quickly access Answers that you have created in Insights.
