Welcome Spectrum Vendors - Start HERE

The PPW work order management system used by Spectrum Solutions Acquisitions, LLC for their HUD orders is integrated with Pruvan!  This integration will allow your Spectrum orders to import into your own Pruvan Online account where you can assign and manage your orders. All order results such as photos & form answers completed in Pruvan will relay back to the PPW system quickly and easily.  

Please NOTE: There are some actions that you will need to do manually in the PPW platform to fully process and complete your orders there, as that is the 'system of record'.  Here is an overview of what you'll still need to do directly in Spectrum's PPW login:

  1. Reject orders with your 'unable to complete' reason/description
  2. Generate any Job Notes that you wish for your Vendor Coordinator to see
  3. Flag photos to PCR forms, as well as any 'Additional' flagging requirements
  4. Upload any Bids to the 'Documents' section of the order
  5. Hit the Ready for Office button to complete the order

  • Not Sure? - Using your email address you can check with our Forgot Username tool***
  • No - Create one on our Pruvan Sign Up page!  (then go to Step 3)
  • Yes - Go to Step 3
