How to Setup the Aremco Field Services Integration

First you will need to log into the AREMCO work order management system and generate the Pruvan Integration username and password:

  1. Go to  and log in with your AREMCO username and password
  2. Once logged in you will need to click Manage Profile from the menu options on the left side of the screen and then select Manage Profile one more on the expanded menu
  3. On the Manage Profile page scroll down to the Integration section and select Pruvan as the Integration Type
  4. This will generate the Username and Password needed for the integration
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Save Changes
  6. Now you are ready to set up the integration in your online Pruvan account

 Setup the AREMCO Integration in Pruvan Online

  1. Log in to Pruvan Online with your Pruvan Master Username 
  2. Click 'Integrations'
  3. Click 'New'
  4. Select 'Aremco Field Services' as the Integration Type
  5. For the Integration Code enter "AFS" for AREMCO Field Services, or choose your own
  6. For the Customer enter or select "Aremco Field Services"
  7. Make sure the integration is Active
  8. Click Next
  9. Enter the Username and password created for you in the AREMCO system (This is in step 4 in the above section)
  10. Optional: Set the Default Assigned To option to your Pruvan Username or to All so orders import and auto assign to the mobile app.
  11. Click Validate and make sure you get a green Success and Save
    • If you get an Error check to make sure the username and password were copied from AREMCO
  12. Click Next
  13. Now you can configure some integration options like Default Assigned To, Auto Admin, and Default WorkType
  14. Click Save
  15. Once the integration is saved click Refresh to pull in your orders into Pruvan
