Cliffnotes on Completing your Xome Orders using Pruvan

Getting Started

  1. Go to Pruvan.com in Google Chrome (Pruvan is not supported on all web browsers)
    • Do not have a Pruvan account, click Sign-Up to create one
    • Already have a Pruvan account, click Login
  2. Go to the Clients/Integrations tab to set up the Xome integration to Pruvan
  3. Refresh the Xome integration to import your Xome orders into Pruvan

 

Completing the Xome Orientation Order

  1. Using Google Chrome, Log in to direct.pruvan.com
  2. Click Projects to ensure you are on the Projects page
  3. Click on the ‘0’ Picture box on the orientation orders
  4. Click the Launch myFAStrack button on the top right corner of the Photo Details page
  5. Enter in the Promised Complete Date and click Submit
  6. Close the myFAStrack portal
  7. Go back to the Projects page
  8. Add at least 1 Before and 1 After photo for each Photo Task(s) of your choosing
  9. Answer and Submit all surveys listed on the order
  10. Refresh the Project page in Pruvan Online
  11. Click on the Picture box again for the orientation order
  12. Make sure all photos and surveys have a published status under the Status column (if they have a status of Pending QA click the Select All option and then click Publish Selected To and select Client from the dropdown)
  13. Refresh the page until you see that all items have been published
  14. Click the Launch myFAStrack button on the top right corner of the page
  15. Click Edit Services
  16. Click the Auto Complete option at the top of the Edit Services window
  17. Scroll through the line items and make sure the correct tasks are marked complete and add any extra comments needed to each task
  18. Click Submit
  19. Generate or Attach an Invoice to the order (If you cannot see the Approve button you will need to reduce your screen size and then click Approve)
  20. Click Submit to QC

 

Accepting and Submitting Bid Orders

  1. All Bid orders must be created and accepted in the fastrack.fieldassets.com website before you take any photos
  2. Once the Bid orders are accepted, Refresh the Xome integration in you Pruvan online account and they will import
  3. Click on Projects tab and make sure that the Bid order is assigned 
  4. Find the Bid order in Pruvan Mobile app and click on the Project ID
  5. Add required Bid photos to the photo tasks (Only Before photos are required on Bids)
  6. Submit any required surveys on the order
  7. Return to your Pruvan Online account (direct.pruvan.com) and navigate to the Project page and click on the Pictures box for the Bid order
  8. Make sure all photos and surveys have a published status under the Status column (if they have a status of Pending QA click the Select All option and then click Publish Selected To and select Client from the dropdown)
  9. Refresh the page until you see that all items have been published
  10. Leave Pruvan Direct and Log into fastrack.fieldassets.com to Edit the Bid Services and then submit the Bid order.
