Troubleshooting Xome Order Completion Errors

The Project in Pruvan shows 50 photos, but when I click on the Pictures count I do not see the photos.

Pruvan allows you to search through work orders as well set filters to make the QC process a little easier. Sometimes these search terms or filters will get sticky and will save to your browser. If you every click on a Picture count that is higher than 0, but then do not see any photos on the Photo Details page make sure to check for sticky search terms or filters can close them out. This will allow you to see the correct photos and process the order.

 

I am trying to Submit the order to QC but I keep getting the error message:

"Failed - Exception : Could Not Update Work Order. Error: Please Complete All Required Surveys."

This message means that there is a required task on this work order that has not been completed and published to the Xome system. Click Here for instructions on how to complete mobile forms from the Pruvan website and publish them to Xome.

If you have already completed the required survey either using the Pruvan mobile app or Pruvan Online account then you will want to double check that the survey has been published to Xome. Click on the Pictures count for the work order on the Projects page and then look for any items that have a Status of Pending QA. These items have not been published to Xome so there system does not know it is completed. Click Here for instructions on how to publish items to Xome.

 

I am trying to Submit the order to QC but I keep getting the error message: 

"Failed - Exception : Could Not Update Work Order. Error: Not All Requirements Met to Submit to QC."

All Xome orders except for Bids require both Before and After photos on all tasks marked as needed. If you get this error you will need to make sure that all of the tasks with photos on the order have both Before and After labelled photos. If you have any tasks that are missing photos in one of those evidence types you can upload new photos or move photos from the existing evidence type to the correct one, published, and then you will be able to Submit the order to QC.
