- Log in to Pruvan Online with your Pruvan Master Username
- Click 'Integrations' on the left Menu bar
- Click 'New' button (OR, if you are brand new to Pruvan, click on the drop down list under 'Connect to your Work Provider')
- For the Integration Type select "Guardian"
- For the Integration Label enter "GAM"
- Optional - add Customer info as Guardian Asset Management, Click Next
- You should have received an email from Guardian with the subject line "Aspen iProperty(R) - Your Pruvan Integration Password" which will contain a long code with both letters and numbers
- You will enter the email address you received the email on as the integration username and the long code from the email as the integration password
- Pick the Settings of your choice based on your business needs -
- Recommend: Allow Project Delete = No
- Click Validate at the bottom of the screen and if you get a green "Success" you can Save the integration
- If you get an error then you will need to verify that you are using the integration credentials sent to you in the email and are NOT Guardian credentials you log into iProperty with
- You may need to reach out to Guardian and let them know you would like Pruvan to be your Integrator in order to receive the email with the required password
Make sure to Refresh the new Guardian integration to pull in all your work orders into Pruvan!
