The Xome Field Services Integration is the link between your Xome Field Services account and your Pruvan account. Orders are pulled into Pruvan from Xome Field Services.
The Xome Field Services integration supports work order import, default assign to, QA in Field, and the push key.
Orders are imported in to your Pruvan account from the Xome Field Services system. Orders are refreshed manually whenever you press the Refresh or Full Import buttons on your Xome Field Services integration. This will only import Initial Inspections and Grass Cut Orders at this time.

QA in Field
Your photos and surveys will relay to Xome Field Services based on your QA settings in the Xome Field Services Integration in Pruvan Online. Once the photos and surveys are published they will show up in Xome Field Services.
If this option is set to Yes, as orders are completed in the field all photos and surveys will upload to Pruvan Online and immediately relay to the Xome Field Services system so that the order can be closed out.
If this option is set to No, as orders are completed in the field all photos and surveys will upload to Pruvan Online and then stop. The photos and surveys can be reviewed and QC'd in Pruvan Online and then published to Xome Field Services.
Default Assign To
Default Assign To lets you assign all incoming Xome Field Services orders to a specific user on your account.

Pruvan Push Key
The Push Key can be used to refresh your Xome Field Services integration directly from a web browser bookmark.
