In some cases we have to turn down some requests because some imply that Pruvan is endorsing them or is otherwise affiliated with them. The same applies if Pruvan's trademarks, logos, web pages, screen shots, or other distinctive features ("Pruvan Brand Features" or "Brand Features") are associated with objectionable material, as determined by Pruvan. Truthful, accurate references to Pruvan products or services for the purpose of training, explanation, information, or as an indicator of compatibility are not considered objectionable.
These Brand Features can be used only pursuant to these Policies and Guidelines, and Pruvan Terms of Service, and for the specific purposes for which Pruvan has given written permission. If you have a written agreement with Pruvan that specifically addresses how you may use its Brand Features, you don’t need to go through the approval process here unless you want to do something other than what has been authorized in your existing agreement. Otherwise, the only time you can use Brand Features without advance written permission is if there is clear and express language on our website stating that you can use those Brand Features without first obtaining permission, such as is the case outlined above.
If there is a conflict between these policies and the Pruvan Terms of Service, the Pruvan Terms of Service shall control.
