This article will walk you through how to send results back to Cyprexx!
The first important thing to note is that while PPW does send results to Cyprexx, there is $0.25 charge (per work order) to do so, which will be included on your PPW invoice!
***Should you wish to just download your photo results and manually upload them to the Cyprexx system, that is an acceptable option.
Before we can send results back to Cyprexx, first, we have to add a Completion item on the Bid/Completion page of PPW.
Once the completion item is added, you will need to flag the photos to the item in question, as only the flagged photos will be sent to Cyprexx.
Once that is done, when we go to the send results page, we will see a few different columns!
- To the left-hand side is a check box, if you wish to send that item back to Cyprexx, check this box, and then the item will be sent, if the box is not checked, that item will not be sent to Cyprexx
- The first column is the Item/Description, this is the completion item(s) that are added on the bid/completion page of the order in your PPW account
- The second column is the Cyprexx line items
- This drop-down menu will list the various line items that are present on the order in the Cyprexx account, here, you can choose which Cyprexx item your PPW completion item corresponds to so that when results are sent, the data is uploaded to the correct location in Cyprexx.
- The next column is the Photos column, this will just tell you how many photos are associated with the line item in PPW
- The next column is the "Sent By" column, this will let you know who sent the results and when they were sent
If the photos are not timestamped in PPW, but you wish them to be when they are sent to the client, you can click the "Print Timestamps" button.
Once you are ready to send the results, you can click the "Send Photos" in the bottom right-hand corner.
