Support Center Issues - Resolved

October 21st, 2016 - 1720 CDT

Today there was a large DDOS attack (more info on attack) on a DNS service provider that affected many websites throughout the US.  This attack lasted most of the day and resulted in our Support Center being unavailable and a significant delay in tickets reaching the Support team from Pruvan Mobile as well as voicemail tickets from our telephone service.  Tickets submitted earlier in the day have been slowly coming in to the Support Team and we will get back with everyone.  Because of the way this attack affected different systems on the internet, not everyone would have noticed the disruption.  Pruvan's servers were not affected at all and all of your data is safe.
