Photo QA options for EPS

There are several QA paths and options available to you with the EPS integration.  Not only the standard Pruvan QA options, but also the options presented in IFE.  We'll go over how all of these work together in QA Paths.  First a look at the additional options available for the EPS integration.

EPS QA Options

Pruvan Option:  Skip QA in Pruvan

The EPS integration also gives you the ability to skip QA in Pruvan for just your EPS projects.  Set the 'Skip QA in Pruvan' option in your EPS integration to 'yes'.  This will give all of your projects the Auto-relay settings described in the Skip Photo QA article.  Setting this option to 'no' will let your EPS projects use your account level relay settings.

IFE Option:  Upload Photo Options

This option is under System Options and User Order Handling in your IFE Admin account.  You can choose whether to allow your users to QA photos in IFE or to have IFE automatically send the photos to Field Comm as their uploaded.  There are 3 options:

• Disabled - Your users will have to upload photos from IFE to Field Comm
• Enabled for All Users - All of your users' photos will auto-relay from IFE to Field Comm
• Enabled by User - Only selected users' photos will auto-relay from IFE to Field Comm

IFE Option:  Upload Photos Immediately?

This option is under User Administration in your IFE Admin account.  This option can only be set if Upload Photo Options is set to Enabled by User.  In this case only those users with a Check in this column will have photos auto-relay from IFE to Field Comm.

EPS - Pruvan QA Options

There are multiple options available here due to the combinations of different QA paths.  We'll go over the most common QA applications.

QA in Field Comm

In this setup photos will upload as they are taken and relay all the way back to Field Comm for your office staff to review.  The vendor will not have a chance to review photos with this setup.  These settings will also utilize the Auto-Submit feature.

1. Log in to your IFE Admin account
2. Set Upload Photo Options:
   • Either for all users or for select users using Upload Photos Immediately option
3. Set Integration Work Order Completion to 'On Pruvan Order Completion'
4. Click the  button
5. Log in to Pruvan Online
6. Click on Clients / Integrations
7. Select your EPS integration
8. Click Edit
9. Set Skip QA in Pruvan to 'yes'
10. Click Save

QA in Pruvan Mobile

In this setup photos will queue in Pruvan Mobile, allowing the vendor to review them, until the project is marked complete.  After the project is completed the photos will relay back to Field Comm for staff review.  These settings will also utilize the Auto-Submit feature.

1. Log in to your IFE Admin account
2. Set Upload Photo Options:
   • Either for all users or for select users using Upload Photos Immediately option
3. Set Integration Work Order Completion to 'On Pruvan Order Completion'
4. Click the  button
5. Log in to Pruvan Online
6. Click on Clients / Integrations
7. Select your EPS integration
8. Click Edit
9. Set Skip QA in Pruvan to 'no'
10. Click Save

    • QA Photos in Pruvan Mobile

QA in IFE

In this setup photos will relay to IFE as they are taken.  The vendor will need to log in to IFE to QA the photos and submit the work order to Field Comm for review by your staff.  These settings will NOT utilize the Auto-Submit feature.

1. Log in to your IFE Admin account
2. Set Upload Photo Options to 'disabled'
3. Set Integration Work Order Completion to 'disabled'
4. Click the  button
5. Log in to Pruvan Online
6. Click on Clients / Integrations
7. Select your EPS integration
8. Click Edit
9. Set Skip QA in Pruvan to 'yes'
10. Click Save
