Your orders will import automatically after you complete the below steps. Once work orders are sent to IFE from Field-Comm, IFE will send them directly to Pruvan Online. This process will take about 5 minutes from the time the orders hit IFE.
How to Set Up Auto Import
- Log in to Pruvan Online
- Click Clients / Integrations
- Select Configure
- Find and select your EPS integration
- Click Edit
- Click inside of the Push Key box and select all (ctrl / cmd a)
- Log in to your IFE admin account
- Click in the External System URL field
- Paste the key (ctrl / cmd v)
