How to Manage Pruvan Downloader Accounts

The Pruvan Downloader is capable of downloading photos from a single account or across several Pruvan Accounts.  What you should not do is put in more than one username that belongs to the same Pruvan Account.  This will cause the Downloader to try and download every item twice.  When setting up multiple accounts it's a good idea to add the Vendor Account level to your Sub Folder Tree so that you can identify which account the photos came from.

Add an Account

When you create a new Pruvan Account or change your username you need to add an account to your Downloader.  Follow these steps:

1. Open the Pruvan Downloader
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on User Accounts
4. Click Add
5. Enter your Pruvan username and password
6. Click Save
7. Click Done

Edit an Account

When you update your password in Pruvan Online you will need to change it in your Downloader as well.  Follow these steps:

1. Open the Pruvan Downloader
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on User Accounts
4. Select the account to update
5. Click Edit
6. Update your Pruvan password
7. Click Save
8. Click Done

Remove an Account

When you've changed the username you use in the Downloader or have cancelled an account, follow these steps to remove it from your Downloader:

1. Open the Pruvan Downloader
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on User Accounts
4. Select the account to delete
5. Click Remove
6. Click Done
