Auto Assignment for EPS

You can automatically assign work orders from IFE users to Pruvan users on a 1-1 basis.  That is for each IFE user you have, you have a Pruvan user to match.  Follow these steps to set up auto assignment.

How To Set Up Auto Assignement

1. Create your Pruvan Users

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click on Account
3. Select Users
4. Create your User(s):
   1. Click New
   2. Enter your user's information
   3. Click Save

2. Create / Update your IFE Users

1. Login to your IFE Admin account
2. Click on User Administration
3. Link your IFE user(s):
   1. Find or Create an IFE user
   2. Check the ‘External Integration?’ checkbox for that user
   3. Enter the Pruvan username for that user to the External Username field
4. Click the  button
