An integration is a way for 2 different systems, such as Pruvan and MSIOnline - Preservation, to exchange information.
What are the features of the MSI-PP integration?
The integration supports order import, check in, adding additional tasks, default assign to, auto admin, and the push key.
What types of orders are imported from MSIOnline?
The MSI-PP Integration will import all "Open Orders" from MSIOnline.
Does this integration import my inspection orders?
No, this integration only links up to MSI's property preservation system. We do not currently have an integration to their inspections system.
What information from my MSI-PP work order is visible in the Pruvan project?
Below is a list of how data is mapped from MSI-PP to Pruvan:

No, but you can use the Pruvan Downloader to have them sorted on your computer and ready to go though!

Can I change the task's that are on the MSI-PP projects?
Yes, depending on your user permissions.
Can I add extra tasks or surveys to my MSI-PP projects?

Will my surveys go to MSI-PP or fill out my forms in MSIOnline?
No, you will see the survey results in Pruvan Online and in your Downloader for you to use. No form data is sent to MSIOnline.
Can I submit my MSI-PP work orders from Pruvan?
No, you must complete the work order in MSIOnline.
Can I Check In with Pruvan for MSI-PP?
Yes! You must enable Check Ins in the integration configuration.
