Getting Integrated with Altisource

The "Altisource" and "Altisource APIv2" Integration's are the link between your Altisource account and your Pruvan account.

Imported Orders

For "Altisource" Integration (Order Import Only)

  • Orders are imported whenever you press the Refresh or Full Import buttons on your Altisource integration.  This will import all Accepted orders with the Work Item Types Contract Order, Bid Order, and Proposal Request.

For "Altisource APIv2" Integration (Pre-Release)

  • Altisource manages pushing all new orders and updates to your Pruvan Online account.

Default Assign To

Default Assign To is supported for both "Altisource" and "Altisource APIv2" Integrations

  • Default Assign To lets you assign all incoming Altisource orders to a specific user on your account.

Additional Tasks

For "Altisource" Integration (Order Import Only)

For "Altisource APIv2" Integration (Pre-Release)

  • Adding additional tasks is not supported at this time.

Auto Admin

Pruvan Push Key

For "Altisource" Integration (Order Import Only)

For "Altisource APIv2" Integration (Pre-Release)

  • Altisource manages pushing all new orders and updates to your Pruvan Online account.

Check In

For "Altisource" Integration (Order Import Only)

  • The Altisource Integration supports Altisource's Check In requirements.  Be sure to enable check in when setting up the integration.  To enable Check In on your Altisource projects, set the Check In option to 'Optional'.  Alternatively you can apply Check Ins to your Altisource orders using a Work Type.

For "Altisource APIv2" Integration (Pre-Release)

  • Checkin will be supported by soon.  Check with Altisource for details.
