Crew Tracking Report

The Crew Tracking report lets you see which projects have been worked on, by user, for a specific date.  The report initially displays a table of information that can be sorted and searched.  There is also a Show Map button that launches an interactive map view of the work done.  This will show pin marks for where all of the photos have been taken, for that date, and color coded by user.  This information is based on what has been uploaded to Pruvan's servers.  Therefor any items still pending on a mobile device will not be displayed, and this is NOT a live view of where your users currently are.  The following fields are available in the report:

  • Subuser - The user that last worked on the project
  • Project - The project number
  • Address, City, State, Zip - The address of the project
  • Pictures - The number of pictures taken by that user on this project, for the date listed
  • Surveys - The number of surveys submitted by that user on this project, for the date listed
  • Check Ins - The number of Check Ins submitted by that user on this project, for the date listed
  • CSRs - The number of CSRs generated by that user on this project, for the date listed
  • Completions - The number of times the Complete button was pushed by that user on this project, for the date listed
  • Items - The total number of pictures, surveys, check ins, csrs, and completions
  • Project Started - The time of the first item for the day
  • Last Activity - The time of the latest item for the day
