How to Import a Survey Template

You can create a survey template by importing the survey template from a file that you have either saved or someone has sent you.  This file will be in a JSON format.  There are 2 ways to do this, one is to select the file from your hard drive, the other is to paste in the JSON (after it's been copied from another source).

How to Import from JSON

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click on Surveys
3. Click New
   • Alternatively, if you want to update a current survey template you may select that template and click Edit / Revise.  Note that this will completely overwrite your existing template.
4. Click Survey Action
5. Select Import From JSON
6. Choose an Import Method:
   • Copy / Paste
     1. Copy the JSON from your source (file, website, etc)
     2. Click inside the blank window and paste
   • Import from File
     1. Click Load From File
     2. Locate and open your JSON file
7. Click Done
8. Click Save

After you've imported the survey template you can edit it to your liking or exit and publish it as-is.
