How to Make Changes to a User

Edit a Sub-user

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click on the Account Menu
3. Select Users
4. Locate the user you would like to edit
5. Select the user
6. Click Edit
7. Change any desired information
• The username field cannot be changed via edit; you will need to delete the user and create a new one
8. Click Save
