How to Create a New User

Create a New User

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click on the User Icon
3. Select Users
4. Click New
5. Fill out the New User popup form
• The username and password fields are required
• The username must be unique across all Pruvan accounts, not just yours
• Using an abbreviation for your company as a prefix for the desired username is a good way to make it unique
• Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and number
6. Click Save
7. Verify the username and password works by logging in to Pruvan Mobile with them new credentials
