Some Android devices will not perform well with Pruvan Direct due to interference with the device internally. These events can be relieved by enabling the "Device Workaround" settings. Be advised, these setting may or may not resolve issues within the device. The Pruvan Direct App settings can be accessed from the login page of the app.

"Device Workarounds" Mobile Settings

- Enabling this may resolve camera freezing
Reset Camera After Capture
- Enabling this may prevent some camera crashes
Disable Zero Shutter Lag
- Checking this box may resolve freezing or blank screen issues
- Enable this if the flashlight extinguishes after capture.
