I need to refresh my Client Integration from the field, how do I do that?

Yes!  Pruvan has redesigned the online Pruvan portal to work on your mobile device so that you can access your online account anytime from anywhere. 


  1. Click here to log in to your Pruvan Project Manager
  2. Click the icon on the top right corner of the screen with three horizontal lines 
  3. Click on the dropdown that says Refresh Integrations
  4. Select the Client Code for the integration that you would like to refresh

  5. This will pop a new window showing the status of your import. You can close this window or wait to see the result.
  6. Refresh the Project list on the app to see any new work orders

    It’s not working, it keeps saying failed
