I need to refresh my Client Integration from the field. Can I do that?

Yes!  Pruvan has redesigned the online Pruvan portal to work on your mobile device so that you can access your online account anytime from anywhere. 

 

  1. Open the mobile browser on your phone or tablet
  2. Go to direct.pruvan.com and log in

  3. Click the icon on the top right corner of the screen with three horizontal lines 
  4. Click on the dropdown that says Refresh Integrations
  5. Select the Client Code for the integration that you would like to refresh

  6. This will pop a new window so you can watch the import and see when it is completed
  7. Once completed close all browser windows and open the Pruvan app

  8. Refresh the Project list on the app to see any new work orders
