Why is Pruvan Telling Me I Need a Freshbooks Integration to View an Invoice?

When you click on a link in the Invoice column of the Project Manager and see this error: "You must define at least one client in FreshBooks.   Click here for FreshBooks help." then Pruvan isn't able to connect to Freshbooks.  If you don't have a Freshbooks account, or integration, read this article for more information.

I Already Have a Freshbooks Account and Integration

There's a chance that your API token has been changed.  Follow these steps to verify that your account is in sync:

  1. Log in to your Freshbooks account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Freshbooks API
  4. Log in to Pruvan Online
  5. Click on Account
  6. Select Edit Profile
  7. Verify that the Freshbooks URL and Authentication Token in Pruvan matches the information in Freshbooks
    • If it does not, copy the info from Freshbooks and paste it in to Pruvan, then click Save
