Why Pruvan?

What is Pruvan?

Pruvan is fast and easy to use work order management system that saves our vendors from countless hours of manually organizing and uploading photos and paper forms.

Pruvan Online allows you to receive BLM work in your office and assign (or automatically assign) orders to your field crew's mobile device. You can always view your BLM order history, review in-process work, manage field photos and answer form questions required.  Once an order is complete you can automatically publish your results to BLM business systems.

Pruvan Online also offers useful order management, reporting tools and online/offline photo storage for your own records.

Pruvan Mobile is a point/shoot camera replacement and paper form replacement that automatically uploads photos and form answers to your Pruvan Online account which gives you the power to review and publish, or auto-publish results collected in the field to BLM business systems. 

 

Can I use Pruvan for all my work?

Yes!  Pruvan allows you to enter and manage your own work orders or import work orders from other work providers. 

Pruvan allows you to take organized photos, build your own mobile forms or checklists and use Pruvan for all your work if desired.  Pruvan can be integrated into your existing order management or dispatching system to eliminate double entry.

What is an integration?

An integration is a way for 2 different systems, such as Pruvan and BLM, to exchange information.

What are the features of the BLM integration?

The integration supports order import, photo relay, survey submission, default work type, default assign to, auto admin, and the push key.

Can I auto-assign my BLM projects?

The BLM integration supports our Default Assign To feature which gives you limited auto-assignment ability.  See this article for more information.

Can I send my photos back to BLM automatically?

Yes!  The BLM integration can relay photos back to BLM's system based on your QA settings in Pruvan.

What does Default Work Type do?

Default Work Type is a work type that will be applied to all of your incoming BLM projects.  Read more in the Default Work Type article.

What does Auto Admin do?

Auto Admin is one of our core integration features.  Read more in the Auto Admin article.

What does Default Assign To do?

Default Assign To is one of our core integration features.  Read more in the Default Assign To article.

What does the Push Key do?

You can use the Push Key to refresh your orders.  See the Push Key article for more.

Can I change (or add to) the task's that are on the BLM projects?

Yes, you can add or edit tasks on your projects.
