Follow these 2 steps to receive notifications when articles are posted and updated.
1. Log in to the Support Center
Simply click on "Sign In" button in the upper right corner of the Pruvan Support Center or click here if you are not already signed-in. This is NOT the same sign in username as your actual Pruvan account. Use your email address, or Google, or FB or Twitter account as shown.
You will see the following:
Click Sign Up if you do not want to use your social networking account. You will see the following:
Fill this out and an email will be sent to you. Notice the "Have you emailed us" in the previous box? If so, you can skip this step if you have ever email email@example.com by clicking "get a password".
Once you have a login, you can follow all support requests and see all support requests and related activities that are associated with your Pruvan Account.
2. Follow Articles and Sections
Once you are logged in you can follow individual articles which will email you whenever there is a new comment, and you can follow an entire section to get notified whenever a new article is posted in that section. To subscribe do the following:
- Navigate to the section or article you want to follow
- Click the Follow button in the upper right corner
- Repeat for any other articles or sections
3.Manage Tickets and what you are following
Open a Ticket, review all your organizations tickets that anyone in your organization has opened with Pruvan and manage what you are following.
