You can enable Check In on all of your Fieldscape work orders. This will send the Check In information to Servicelink for the work orders a Check In is completed on. These Check Ins will be marked 'optional' on your work orders so that you are not required by the Pruvan Mobile app to Check In to a property that you do not need to.
Setup Fieldscape Check In
- Log in to your Pruvan Account
- Click on Integrations
- Select your Servicelink Integration
- Click Edit
- Click on the Enable Check In dropdown menu
- Select Optional
- Click Save
- Note: This change will only affect new projects imported to Pruvan from this point forward. It will not change any Servicelink projects that are already in your Pruvan Account.
Setup Check In User Info
- Log in to your Pruvan Account
- Click on Account
- Click on Edit Profile
- Enter your first name, last name, company name, and check in number
- Click Save
- Click Account
- Select Users
- For each of your sub users:
- Enter their first name, last name, and check in number
- Click Save
