Safeguard has release the following message on both their Photo Direct and Vendorweb Mobile apps:
Alert - Planned system outage is starting July 24th at 6pm and ending Monday July 27th at 6am. During this time you will not be able to transmit photos. you will be able to take photos with the application. Please refer to Memo 1623 for more information.
This will also affect Pruvan's ability to send them photos on the Safeguard Enhanced and Safeguard Grasscut Integrations. Please continue to take photos as normal and understand that they will not relay to Safeguard until the maintenance is complete. Once Safeguard is back online we will begin relaying the photos to them automatically.
