How to Migrate from PPW Enhanced to PPW APIv2

Migrating from the PPW Enhanced integration to the PPW APIv2 integration will require a few steps.  This should be done when your field crew is done for the day and all of your photos have relayed back to PPW.

1. Review the New Integration Options

There is now an option to choose your integration mode, as well as a few more if you select External.  These are documented here:

2. Write down your PPW Enhanced Settings

  1. Log in to Pruvan Online
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Select your PPW Enhanced Integration
  4. Click Edit
  5. Write down what you have selected for all of your settings
  6. You do not need to write down your current Push Key
  7. Click Cancel

3. Delete your PPW Enhanced Projects

  1. Click on Projects
  2. Select all of your PPW Enhanced projects
  3. Click Delete

4. Delete your PPW Enhanced Integration

  1. Click on Integrations
  2. Select your PPW Enhanced Integration
  3. Click Delete

5. Create your PPW APIv2 Integration

  1. Click New
  2. Put your PPW Enhanced Integration Code in to the Integration Code box
  3. Select Property Pres Wizard APIv2 from the dropdown
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter your PPW Username and password
  6. Fill in all of the options with what you wrote down from your PPW Enhanced integration
  7. Select your Integration Type and Auto Admin / Default Assign To if needed
  8. Click Validate
  9. Be sure you see Success in green
  10. Click Save

6. Update your Projects

  1. Select your new PPW APIv2 integration
  2. Click Edit
  3. Click Full Import
  4. Wait until you see Import Complete
  5. Verify that your orders have imported correctly

7. Update your Push Key

  1. Select your new PPW APIv2 Integration
  2. Click Edit
  3. Click inside of the Push Key box
  4. Press Ctrl - A / Cmd - A to select all
  5. Press Ctrl - C / Cmd - C to copy the Push Key
  6. Log in to PPW
  7. Delete your current Push Key and replace it with the new Push Key
  8. Click Save

Your new PPW APIv2 Integration is now ready to go!
