Do I have to click Import Orders everyday to receive the delegated Projects?

Yes. Currently the Pruvan Share integration does not auto import your Projects from the Delegator account. Pruvan recommends that you Import your orders every morning before leaving the office. 

Do I have to QA my Photos or can they relay from the field straight to the Delegator's account?

No you do not have to QA your photos before they are sent to the Delegator's account. You can use Pruvan's auto relay feature so that your Photos upload to your Pruvan account and then immediately relay to the Delegator's account.
