How to Add Additional Tasks to Pruvan Integrations

Additional tasks can be added to integrations that support this feature.  Tasks added in this manner will be added to every project that is imported from your integration.

Adding Additional Tasks

  1. Log in to your Pruvan Account
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Select the integration you want to add an additional task to
  4. Click Edit
  5. Add the task
    1. Photo Task:  Enter the name you would like for the photo task in the Photo Tasks field
    2. Survey Task:  Enter the survey template ID for your survey in the Survey tasks field
      • Be sure to include the version number! (ie '-v2')
    • Multiple Tasks:  Simply separate multiple tasks, in either field, with a comma (ie Initial Photos, Bid) (ie initial_photos-v1, bid_form-v3)
  6. Click Save
