No photos were lost or damaged due to this issue.  

Work order assignments were corrupted and have been restored as of 3:30 AM Thursday, 2/26/2015.  Work orders created or updated after that time will need to be re-created; either through completing a Full refresh for an integration or re-entering the order online.

Next Steps

  1. Import or enter your Work Orders
  2. Verify all of your work order assignments
  3. Collect and process photos taken outside of Pruvan
  4. Refresh Project lists in Pruvan Mobile

Again, any photos taken or stored in Pruvan were not affected.
