Surveys and MCS Work Orders

This article will go over how surveys can work with your MCS work orders.  Survey results do not go back to MCS at all.  Your results will be available in Pruvan Online and on your computer using the Downloader.  Forms in MCS are also not filled out by Pruvan.

Add a Survey to Every Work Order Imported from MCS

To add your survey(s) to every project that is imported from your MCS integration, use a Work Type.  The links below will tell you how to create Work Types.  When you create your Work Type, just add the survey tasks you would like and name the Work Type something like 'MCS'.
