The Pruvan Share Roles:

Pruvan Share Delegator. This is the work provider who will be delegating work orders from their Pruvan account into their vendor's Pruvan account.

and

Pruvan Share Recipient. This is the vendor or contractor that will import the work orders into their account that have been assigned to them in the Pruvan Delegator's account.
