Xome Field Services : Check-In on FAStrack Orders

Pruvan is working with Xome Field Services(XFS) to support their Check-In requirement.

  • Currently the check-in flag from XFS is set to all orders.  This means XFS is telling Pruvan to trigger a mandatory check-in on all orders from the XFS integration.  
  • The plan is for XFS to selectively set this flag for only orders that require check-in.  This has not yet been implemented by XFS. 
  • If you do not have an ABC# (Aspen Grove Check-In Number) you can enter any number and it will allow you to complete the check-in.
  • We will let our customers know as soon as this flag is being set correctly by XFS.
