Can Pruvan send my Alerts to my email?

Yes we can!  The Support Email address for your account will receive copies of all support requests, submitted by your users, from the Pruvan Mobile app or the Pruvan Downloader.  There is an additional option to receive email copies of all 'Alerts' from your account; these are the alerts that pop in the red box located in the upper right corner of Pruvan Online.  Follow these steps to get setup:

  1. Click here to log in to your Profile page and skip to step 4; or Log in to your Pruvan Online account as an Admin
  2. Click on the icon of a person in upper right corner
  3. Click on Edit Profile
  4. Enter the email address you would like to receive the Support notices at in the Support Email field
    • Check the Send Alerts checkbox if you would also like your alerts forwarded to this address as well
  5. Click Save
