System Maintenance

When the system is down for maintenance, Pruvan Online will not be available.  You will see a 'System Maintenance' landing page when you try to go to the log in screen.  Scheduled Maintenance usually occurs on a Sunday night starting at 10 pm Central, until the maintenance is complete.

While this is happening, Pruvan Mobile can still be used.  Any photos taken will simply queue on the device until the server's are back online.

During this time, any automatic imports through a Client Integration will also queue on your Client's servers until the server's are back online.  Then they will be able to send us all of the updates that have queued.

The server's will be back up in no time, and in the case of an upgrade there will be a new notification linking to the new features that have been added.
