How to Export a Survey Template

You can export your Survey Template to save as a backup or send to someone else.  You can either copy and paste the JSON or save it to a file.

How to Export to JSON

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click on Surveys
3. Find the Survey you want to export
4. Select the Survey
5. Click Edit / Revise
6. Click Survey Actions
7. Select Export JSON
8. Choose an Export method
   • Save to File
     1. Click Save
     2. Save the file
   • Copy / Paste
     1. Select all of the JSON text and copy it
     2. Paste the JSON to your destination (email, document, etc)
