How To Set Mobile Configuration Options

Setting Mobile Configuration Options is available through Pruvan Online.  These options can control how Pruvan Mobile operates, how your photos are published, and restrict camera settings in Pruvan Mobile.  There are 4 levels of control for options, they are:

1. Device
2. Account
3. Project
4. Task

The lowest level option will have precedence over any higher level options.  For instance a project level option will override an option set at the device level.

Project and Task Levels

Project and Task level options can also be set with Work Types.

These options can be set in the Project page:

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click Projects
3. Open the Edit Window
   1. Click New
   1. Locate the project you want to update
   2. Click the project to select it
   3. Click Edit
1. New Project:
2. Update Existing Project:
4. Edit Options
   1. Click the Options dropdown menu
   2. Set the options you would like
1. To change options at the Project level:

   1. Click the Tasks tab
   2. Click the settings icon (gear) next to the task you want to update
   3. Set the options you would like
5. Click Save

     

Account Level

Options at the Account level can be set by:

1. Log in to Pruvan Online
2. Click the Account Menu
3. Select Edit Profile
4. Click the Profile Options dropdown menu
5. Edit the options you would like to change
6. Click Save

Be sure to refresh your project lists on all mobile devices after making an option change so that the projects update on the device.

Device Level

Device level options can be set in the App under Settings.
