Important Changes Q2 of 2023

You might already know this, but Pruvan was purchased by Verisk back in May of 2022!  We are now part of the Xactware Family of Products and are able to serve a wide range of end users in the Real Estate industry, as well as the Default Services industry.

Terms of Service - As a result of the new ownership, we have updated our Terms of Service.

Sales Tax - Now that we are a Verisk Xactware company, our Nexus "footprint" has expanded. 

Pruvan will be charging sales tax in a number of states effective Q2 - 2023.  Click HERE for our Verisk Sales Tax information.  The General Sales Taxability Matrix link will indicate whether your state might be taxable for Software as a Service.
