Follow the steps below if you do not have a Pruvan account.
Step 1: Install myFAStrack Desktop

Pruvan provides the myFAStrack desktop app that allows Xome Field Services vendors back office staff to manage their assigned work and associate field photos and field surveys to these work orders.
Step 2: Capture and manage photos
Xome Field Services requires before and after photos of work performed. Photos can manually be uploaded to jobs in the back office or captured in the field using an integrated mobile application offered by Pruvan.
Step 3: Complete required surveys
On specific orders, Xome Field Services requires surveys to be completed. The survey forms can manually be completed in the back office or captured in the field using an integrated mobile application offered by Pruvan.
