Open a ticket or call us at 512-244-9511 x210 to start the process with the Pruvan Customer Care team to help you get setup.  You can always call or email the Pruvan Customer Care at helpdesk@pruvan.com which opens a ticket.  Be sure to leave your contact information and we will setup a time to help you get setup one on one.

Self Help is always available on the Pruvan Support Center

  • Search the Pruvan Support Center for answers to common questions and training materials
  • OR Search support articles or open a ticket from the related Mobile app
  • OR Search support articles or open a ticket from the related Online portal

Technical Support is available M-F 9am-5pm central time excluding US holidays;   
Support tickets answered in the order received in one business day or less;
